The Foundation Behind
Rucon Build
Rucon Build is led by Principal Victor Ruzhin, whose connection to construction began with hands-on carpentry at an early age. With more than 25 years of experience and over 100 completed projects, Victor brings craftsmanship, clear communication, and steady leadership to custom homes and renovations throughout the greater Seattle and Bellevue area, as well as Franklin, Tennessee.
A Better Way to Build
Building or renovating a home is a deeply personal process, and Rucon Build approaches each project with the structure, communication, and care it deserves. From the earliest conversations to the final walk-through, the team works closely with clients, architects, designers, and trade partners to keep every detail aligned.
