Rucon Build worked closely with the homeowners and project partners to preserve the home’s natural character while refining the spaces for modern everyday living. The project called for a careful balance of old and new, honoring the warmth of the existing wood interiors while introducing black stone, custom cabinetry, updated fixtures, and thoughtful details that give the home a more tailored, elevated feel.

From the kitchen and built-ins to the fireplace surround, powder room, lighting, and finish details, each element was approached with care and precision. The result is a Pacific Northwest retreat that feels grounded in its setting, rich in material texture, and built around comfort, craftsmanship, and connection to the outdoors.
